What size server will I need to run Enromo?

You will have no servers to manage and no updates to install--ever! Enromo is a SaaS solution which means we take care of storing, installing, and maintaining the system.  All your team needs to do is enroll your mobile devices and select one of the preconfigured policies that fits your needs.

Who should use Enromo?

Studies have shown that 67% of employees admit to using mobile devices at work regardless of the company’s official policies. It doesn’t matter if your organization has 10 employees or 10,000 or whether we are talking about company-owned devices or BYOD -- if those devices are being used to access corporate or client data, you should strongly consider securing those devices and data using Enromo. 

 

What do we need to do when a new version of Enromo is released?

Enromo is a SaaS solution. We maintain the installation of new releases centrally so that you don’t need to worry about installations, maintenance, compatibility, updates, or additional hardware.

Does Enromo work with Active Directory and LDAP?

Yes.  Enromo seamlessly collects both role and security class information directly from your Active Directory and/or LDAP implementations.

 

Can Enromo manage more than one device per user?

Yes, Enromo can manage any number of mobile devices per user. 

 

Is Enromo priced per user or per device?

We’re flexible and offer both payment structures. We let you choose user-based or device-based pricing, whichever option suits you best. For example, if your team tends to have multiple mobile devices per user then user-based pricing will probably be the most economical option for you.

 

Does Enromo enable me to selectively wipe business data and applications from a mobile device?

Enromo is set up in such a way that business/client data and applications are kept separate from employee personal data and applications on the same mobile device. This allows an authorized Enromo administrator to selectively wipe or restrict access to sensitive or confidential business/client data and applications should an employee leave the company or in the event that a mobile device is lost or stolen.

Which device operating systems are supported?

Android 5.0 and above and iOS 7.0 and above. And we offer server administration access via all major modern web browsers.

 

Does Enromo offer Managed Service Provider (MSP), Reseller and OEM pricing?

Absolutely. Enromo offers very attractive partner and channel pricing. Please have a look at our partner page to learn more about our Channel programs.

How can Enromo afford to keep its product license fees so low?

We feel the product is perfectly priced for our customers. Enromo is a new generation EMM solution designed to implement faster than any competing product while being enormously cost effective. We have designed and built Enromo from scratch, as Enromo was not patched together with overlapping code from multiple acquisitions unlike most other products in our space. And our tidy, home cooked code is one of the reasons we are able to keep our prices this low. Further reducing costs, is the fact that we have consciously chosen not to support operating systems made before versions Android 5.0 and iOS 7.0. By choosing to focus on the later versions, and forgoing rarely-used older versions, we are able to significantly reduce our development costs and overhead.  Finally, we have been able to pass further savings onto our customers by focusing our sales efforts on partner and channel sales.

 

Does Enromo offer customized training?

Enromo is extremely easy to use and it is very unlikely that you will need additional or customized training. However, we are able to provide training customized to fit your individual needs should the need arise.

As a Managed Service Provider or OEM can I brand or white label the Enromo product?

Yes, co-branding and white-labeling are options that are available to selective Channel partners.

 

How much does Enromo charge for annual support and new product upgrades?

Centralized admin support and product upgrades are included at no additional cost as part of our per user and per device licensing agreement.
